Pale bellied Brent Goose

These two were on OE saltmarsh on the incoming tide today but they can range as far north as the skeers off Sunny slopes to the north of Heysham Head. There is a third bird of unspecified form around (not seen today) as all views have been into the sun/distant looking from Ocean Edge down towards Potts Corner and implicitly it remains in the Middleton saltmarsh area over the tide? NB see chough update below - three days now where the only sightings I'm aware of have been in the sheep fields next to the private road above half moon bay
