Freehold area
...holding small LTT party (11 birds), GS Woodpecker, 2 Jays also seen. Common Buzzard over NHF seen off by BH Gulls. A Grey Heron has started the usual crepuscular Autumn tour of Freehold frog ponds in search of presumably expensive fish.

Williamson Park and Standen Park area.

60 mins careful searching revealed at least 3 separate Tit parties, two dominated by BT and GT, the other by LTT. All had Goldcrest associated and the LTT party had a Treecreeper in tow. Total no. Goldcrest actually observed was 9. More heard. No anomalous birds in the group. One oddity for the park was a Stock Dove associated with a group of 7 Woodpigeon.
